Gift Wrap
Cosmetics are so pretty, and we think the boxes are too. But we don’t offer specific gift-wrapping right now. If you would like to wrap a gift in a special way, email us at info@londonbeautyonline.com. We will try to accommodate it.
International Shipping
At this time, London Beauty does not ship internationally.
U.S. Sales & Shipping
We ship all products as described within the site. Shipping dates are approximate, and shipping costs are listed on the site in connection with your order.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information. It allows the shipper to contact you when they are delivering. We will make every reasonable effort to meet your specified delivery date. In no case, we are not liable to you if we are unable to meet such date particularly when it applies to any act of nature or shipping delays, due to weather or force majeure. You will be responsible for the shipping charges if you refuse a shipment for any reason. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Returns
We get it when what you buy isn’t right. You can return on any product purchased at London Beauty. This product must remain unopened, undamaged, and unused by you or any other third party. Additionally, it must remain in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
The customer must return the item within 10 days of the receipt of the package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If we ship an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover shipping costs. Returns will credit back to the credit card used at the time of sale. Availability
Products on our site are subject to availability – cause our stuff is cool – and may change at any time. We are fickle that way. We will do our best to notify you when the products you crave come back in stock.

London Beauty believes in a little magic and thinks you should too. But we need to let you know a few things. Our products are not reviewed by agencies, like the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
We make no representations or warranties about any health benefits that may come from the use of any products sold or any changes and/or improvements to appearances. Although, we love it when that happens!
The products purchased on the site are for adult use unless stated for use at your sole risk. The company is not liable in any way on account of your dissatisfaction with the results achieved from any such use or resulting injuries.
